A funeral mass was offered Pct. 8 at St. Francis RC Church, Hoboken, for Teresa Allegretta, 91, of Weehawken. She passed away Oct. 6 at Hackensack University Medical Center surrounded by her family. Born in Molfetta, Italy Teresa immigrated to Hoboken in 1964 before settling in Weehawken. She loved to cook, sew, and spend time with her family. Teresa was also a devotee to Madonna Dei Martiri. She was predeceased by her husband Onofrio in 2001; and by five siblings in Italy. Teresa will be greatly missed by her sons, Mauro and his wife Frances, Corrado and his wife Andrea, and Diego and his wife Teri; and her brother, Celestino Mancini. A great joy in Teresa’s life were her grandchildren, Teresa C., Maddalena, and Steven; and Teresa and Christine. Services arranged by the Failla Funeral Home, Hoboken.
