Funeral mass took place Oct. 9 at St. Francis RC Church, Hoboken, for Gary F. Pastore, 61, a lifelong Hoboken resident. He passed away at St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick on Oct. 4. Prior to his illness, Gary was a funeral service assistant with various Hudson County funeral homes. He also extended himself to the livery responsibilities of funeral service in this area. Surviving is his fiance of twenty years, Colleen M. Peters; his only brother, Matthew Pastore Jr. and his wife Louise; his three nephews, Matthew, Alex, and Timothy Pastore; and Colleen’s three nephews, Joseph and Thomas Quiles, and Wayne Adamkowski. He also leaves to mourn him an abundance of friends. Services arranged by the Failla Memorial Home, Hoboken.
