82, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2015 at the Bayonne Medical Center with her loving family at her side. Joan was born in Elizabeth, NJ and spent most of her life in Bayonne as a house-wife. Joan was the wife of John Delaney, mother of Jack J. Delaney and his wife Grace, Tom W. Delaney and his wife Sharon, Kathleen Tarbett and her husband Matthew, Robert Shane Delaney and Kevin D. Delaney. Grandmother of Jack Delaney, Matthew Tarbett II, Kaitlyn Tarbett and Thomas W. Delaney Jr. Sister of the late Patricia Dillon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donation may be made in Joan’s honor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
