A celebration of life was held on Aug. 11 at the Porter Memorial C.O.G.I.C., Jersey City for Detective George F. Moore (Retired JCPD) of Hillside, formerly of Woodbridge. He was the husband of Frances D. Moore; father of Gilbert Moore, Felicia Moore, Tiara Moore, and Shawnette Moore; grandfather of eight; son of the late Leo and Pauline Moore; brother-in-law of 11 sisters-in-law, and six brothers-in-law; best Friends of Michael Pielech, and Chris Hodkinson.
