JERSEY CITY – New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) officials announced that the Pulaski Skyway will be closed in both directions on Saturday, July 25.
From 2 a.m. through 5 p.m. Saturday, July 25, NJDOT’s contractor, CCA Civil Inc. is scheduled to close the Pulaski Skyway southbound at the off-ramp to I-280/Route 7 and Route 1&9 southbound.
The full closure includes most on and off ramps, including the southbound on ramp from Tonnele Circle.
The ramp from the Skyway to I-280/Route 7 and Route 1&9 southbound will remain open.
This is the first of six weekend closures that are expected to continue through the end of August. Work during these weekends will include to the installation of deck panels and grouting, the installation of the new balustrade other construction activities.
