91, died July 11, 2015. Born and raised in Bayonne, she moved to Woodbridge 22 years ago. She was an assembler at Western Electric in Kearny for 20 years, retiring in 1984. Prior to that, she was employed by American Export Lines in Jersey City as a secretary for 13 years. She is preceded in death by her husband Michael Billy in 1993. She was the daughter of Michael Sr. and Veronica (nee: Mizak); sister of John, Nicholas, Michael Jr., Peter Bibko and Anna Donchak. She is survived by her daughters Gail Ann Billy and Michele Marie and her husband, Donald Mindiak; grandmother of Nicholas Michael and Jonathan Charles Mindiak; sister-in-law of Julia Mandy; and aunt to many nieces and nephews.
