JERSEY CITY — Six people and one dog were displaced by a fire at 133 Morris St. on June 15.
Public Safety spokesperson Carly Baldwin said the the two alarm fire was reported at about 8:45 p.m. and was declared under control at about 9:14 a.m.
Residents displaced due to smoke and water damage. Red Cross relocated six adults and one large dog.
No injuries to residents or firefighters.
The cause remains under investigation. The arson unit was still on the scene investigating the cause at noon on Monday.
