A funeral mass was held April 16 at Saints Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, Jersey City, for Anastazia Pilip, 91. She passed away at her Jersey City residence on April 9. Born in Poland, Anastazia was a longtime Jersey City resident. She was a homemaker who devoted herself to her family. Anastazia was a former member of the Ukrainian Choir and a parishioner of Saints Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church in Jersey City. Anastazia was predeceased by her husband, Michael Pilip and children, Stefan and Theresa Pilip. She is survived by her children, John Pilip, Steven Pilip and his wife Aida, Maria Rajsz and her husband Myron, Anna McNally and her husband James; grandchildren, Ingrid Leiner and her husband Tom, Christina Bullington and her husband Eric, Lydia Bachorik and her husband Eddie, Christina Lyszyk and her husband Andrew, Stefanie Pilip, Mark Pilip, Tatiana, Andrea and Linda and great grandchildren, Skylar Bullington, Nicholas and Matthew Bachorik and Andrew Lyszyk, Jr. Services arranged by the McLaughlin Funeral Home, Jersey City.
