60, passed away on April 9, 2015, at St. Clare’s Hospital in Sussex. Born in Jersey City, she lived in Bayonne before moving to Wantage. She was predeceased by her brother, Brad Hippi, and her sister, Caroline Dwyer. Debbie is survived by her husband, George Troy; her daughter, Vickie Skylar; and her children, Dominique and Brielle; her niece, Veronica Szweada and her daughter, Madison Curcuru; her step-sons, Robert Troy; Danny Troy; and Gary Troy; and her step-daughter, Colleen Millette. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn., 38105.
