SECAUCUS – The Plank Road Inn in Secaucus was filled to capacity for the first night of the Meadowlands Comedy Festival on Tuesday, April 14. A large roster of comedians took turns tossing out rapid-fire jokes about subjects both familiar and taboo to a highly appreciative audience.
The festival continues through Sunday in various venues around the region, culminating in the final night’s onstage showdown for “America’s Stand-up Comedy Champion” on April 19 at the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel.
