UNION CITY – Mayor Brian Stack and the board of commissioners commemorated St. Patrick’s Day with an Irish Flag-raising ceremony March 17 at 12:30 p.m. at International Park, 3700 Palisade Ave.
The mayor and commissioners planned to introduce the city’s Irish Person of the Year.
