MEADOWLANDS – New Jersey Meadowlands Commission (NJMC) staffer and veteran rock journalist/author Brian Aberback will present “Rock ‘n’ Roll in the Meadowlands and North Jersey” this coming Sunday, Jan. 25 at 2 p.m.
The slideshow presentation covers everything and everyone from the Jersey City doo-wop scene, Frank Sinatra, and Connie Francis, to punk and new wave’s North Jersey connections, to the rap, soul, R&B and hard rock that has emanated from the region over the decades.
