A mass of Christian burial took place Jan. 10 at St. Aedan’s Church, Jersey City, for Thomas F. Flynn, Jr., 88, of Jersey City. He passed away at his residence on Dec. 20. Born in Jersey City, Thomas remained a lifelong resident. He served his country during World War II as a member of the United States Navy and worked as a member of the Teamsters Union until retiring. He was a communicant of St. Aedan’s Church. Thomas was predeceased by his parents, Thomas F. Flynn, Sr. and Alice Flynn and his brother Joseph E. Flynn.
