She explains, “Owners will love to come home to the magnificent hand-crafted marble and stunning chandeliers that adorn the lobby entrance of the building. The fine features continue in each of the 15 residences with a desirable open floor plan embellished with espresso finished hardwood floors and large windows. The layout is perfect for entertaining or quiet times at home. Depending on the unit, owners will enjoy either one or two levels of space. Some even offer lovely balconies for relaxing and others have breathtaking NYC views.”
She points out each condo also offers a chef-inspired kitchen with custom wood cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops and cutting edge Samsung stainless steel appliances.
The condo complex is complete with its convenient location in Union City, one of Hudson County’s hottest new addresses. Martinez explains, “Owners here will enjoy a thriving urban setting with a fine array of shopping from major malls to outlets to quaint local boutiques as well as fine dining and entertaining choices. There are parks and the trendy shops and restaurants along Park Avenue in bordering Weehawken. For commuters, the complex is just minutes from NYC via trains and buses and is close to major highways for easy access to airports, business centers and just about anywhere in the state.”
