Taxi driver allegedly demands oral sex in cell phone dispute

The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office is investigating claims that a cab driver forced a passenger to perform oral sex after a dispute over the passenger using a cellular phone.
The driver allegedly got angry at the passenger’s use of the cell phone and then forced the passenger into oral sex.
The incident allegedly took place near Sip and Summit Avenues east of Journal Square at about 2:30 a.m. on Dec. 2. The victim according to published reports said he would be able to identify the driver. Area surveillance cameras may be able to aid in the investigation.
A Jersey City police spokesperson said the matter is being handled by the county prosecutor.
