. , 86, of Brick, passed away in his home after a short illness November 4, 2014. He lived in Brick since 2005. Jack was born in Bayonne to Margaret (Givens) and William P Olsen. He was predeceased by his parents, his brother, Rev. Thomas F. Olsen, his sister, Rita McDonald and her husband Bob, his brother, William P. Olsen Jr. his brother, James F. Olsen and his wife Janice, his brother in law, Pasquale A. Macchia, his nephews, John Olsen, Kevin McDonald and Billy Lake and many loving aunts and uncles. He is survived by his sister Arlene Olsen, his brother Leo and his wife Carol, his sister in law, Anne Olsen, his sister, Dorothy Macchia and his sister, Denise and her husband Donald Schiesl.
