JERSEY CITY – A father and his son were shot in the area of Westside and Duncan avenues on Oct. 1 when someone pulled up in a black four door vehicle and shot three times. Police found the father lying on the floor of a grocery store with a wound to his leg. The police then learned that the son had also been shot in the leg. Father and son were transported to Jersey City Medical Center for treatment. The city’s Cease Fire Unit was notified and is conducting an investigation.
