BAYONNE – The Bayonne Police Department received a bomb threat targeting a public housing complex and responded, evacuating residents for a short time on Wednesday, Oct. 1, according to a published report.
The incident occurred shortly after 2:30 p.m. and was over about 45 minutes later, according to a local daily newspaper.
The building affected was a multi-story dwelling at 30 East 50th Street, the publication said.
