UNION CITY – The City of Union City, Mayor Brian Stack and the Board of Commissioners invite the community to the grand reopening of Ellsworth Park on Friday, October 3 at 6:30 p.m. The ceremony will feature live performances by the West Hudson Opera Company, as well as Eric Grossman on violin and Lida Lopez Mancheva on piano. There will be cafe style sitting and a wine and cheese reception. Admission is free. Adults only.
The park has been going through renovations over the past several months, and it is once again a beautiful passive park for the community to enjoy – an oasis in the middle of the city. Ellsworth Park is located at New York Avenue and 23rd Street in Union City.
