Funeral services took place Sept. 19 for Edith L. Keenan, 93. She passed away peacefully on Sept. 16 at Barnegat Nursing Home. Prior to moving to Barnegat in 2008, Edith was a longtime resident of Jersey City. Edith was employed by St. Ann’s Nursing Home in Jersey City, from which she retired. Edith was predeceased by her parents and 13 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her nieces and nephews; Robert Keenan and his wife Arlene of Little Egg Harbor, Judy Mangan of Manasquan, Dolores Kroposky of St. Petersburg, Fla., Danny DiGirolamo of Toms River, and Jimmy DiGirolamo and his wife Diane of Hollywood, Fla.
