HOBOKEN — Who has been anonymously stenciling signs on all the sidewalks in Hoboken saying “Curb your dog?” Apparently, it’s a disgruntled property owner, said city spokesman Juan Melli.
The city did not paint the signs, he said.
With more than 1,000 licensed dogs in a mile-square city, people often complain about “gifts” left by their canine neighbors.
