JERSEY CITY — The Heights Branch Library, 14 Zabriskie Street, of the Jersey City Free Public Library will close on Thursday, Aug. 28, due to United Water needing to shut off the water main. United Water will be replacing a fire hydrant. The Heights Branch expects to be open Regular hours on Friday, Aug 29, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
