A homemaker, she was born in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, and has resided in Bayonne for the past 54 years. Verna was predeceased by her parents, James and Mary Alice (Barnhill) Barton and her sister, Noralee Barton. Left to cherish her memory is her -husband of 54 years Adam J. Konecko, her daughter, Patricia Baldowski and her husband, Thomas, her son, Kenneth Konecko and his wife Hamida, 1 sister, Mary Alice Henderson and her husband Roger and her 5 adored grandchildren, Krista, Lauren, Matthew, Reyhan and Xavier.
