Veteran Stevens Institute of Technology Professor Silvio Laccetti speaks on the Hoboken campus during Alumni Weekend, May 30. Laccetti, an instructor in Social Sciences, retired in 2008 after a long career at Stevens. His topic for the alumni, who ranged from Class of 1959 to Class of 2011, was Politics and Leadership. Topics were drawn from his new book, “An American Commentary,” featuring 60 of his syndicated opinion pieces published 2001 to 2013. The book is available from qjpress.com.
