Funeral mass took place June 27 at St Paul of the Cross RC Church, Jersey City, for Veronica M. Reid, 99, of Jersey City. She died peacefully on June 22. Veronica was born in Jersey City, the daughter of the late Emily and John Ryan and was a lifelong resident. She was a homemaker. Wife of the late Robert Reid. Mother of Robert Reid and his wife Diane, Richard D. Reid and Patrick Reid and his wife Mary. Grandmother of six and great-grandmother of seven.
