Primary election for U.S. Senate, freeholder, and other spots; polls open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

HUDSON COUNTY — The Primary Election in New Jersey is Tuesday, June 3. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Voting is open to registered Democrats and Republicans as well as unaffiliated registered voters.
There are races for U.S. Senate, House of Representatives, surrogate, and the freeholder board. Each of nine freeholder districts in Hudson County sends one member to the county board of freeholders, which makes decisions on policy and the county budget.
