On Tuesday, April 22, there will be a mandatory information session for parents/guardians of new athletes. Children are not allowed to try out unless there is an adult representative for them at this meeting. The information session will take place at the PAL (Midtown Community School). Please use the side entrance at 23rd Street. Session one will take place from 6-7 p.m. and will be for parents of children in grades preschool through fifth grade. Session two will take place from 7-8 p.m. and will be for parents of children in grades six to eleven. This information meeting is only for new parents. On Wednesday, April 23, there will be tryouts for athletes in preschool to fifth grade only. Tryouts are only for new athletes. Returning athletes do not need to try out. Tryouts will take place from 6-8 p.m. at Midtown Community, side entrance. On Friday, April 25 there will be tryouts for athletes in sixth grade to eleventh grade only. Tryouts are only for new athletes. Returning athletes do not need to try out. Tryouts will take place from 6-8 p.m. at Midtown Community, side entrance. No skills are necessary to try out. Arrive in athletic gear—t-shirt, shorts or sweatpants, and sneakers. Tie your hair in a ponytail. No jewelry is allowed, an bring a water bottle with your name on it.
