A funeral service was held March 5 for Samuel Ferretti, 78, of Rutherford, owner and operator of S & F Trucking of Jersey City and Rutherford for over 45 years. He died Feb. 26. Mr. Ferretti was born in Jersey City and has been a resident of Rutherford since 1970. He was an Army veteran who served from 1958 to 1964. He was a member of the AmVets Post 20 of Lyndhurst. Samuel is survived by his wife of 55 years, Ursula T. Ferretti; by his children, Virginia Ferretti-Guiliani and her husband David, Lisa Ann Ferretti-Landberg and her husband Robert, and Samuel Ferretti; by his grandchildren Victoria Susan Guiliani, Michael Simon Landberg and Anthony Samuel Landberg; by his sister Elaine Natale and his brother Anthony Ferretti. Services arranged by the Nazare Memorial Home, Lyndhurst.
