Funeral services took place Feb. 21 for Curt Proschwitz, 84, of Weehawken. He passed away Feb. 17. He was born in and was a lifelong resident of Weehawken. Curt was an officer in the Merchant Marines for over 25 years before retiring and was also a veteran of the Army serving in Germany. He was the brother of Mildred Sherman and Harriet Lytle. He was also the uncle of Stephen, Robin and Michael Kluz. Services arranged by the Leber Funeral Home, Union City.
