A funeral mass took place Feb. 18 at Our Lady of Mercy Church, Jersey City, for Armando H. Freschi, 88. He died suddenly Feb. 14 at his home. A lifelong Jersey City resident, the son of the late Angelina and Bonfiglio Freschi, he was a retired construction worker and member of a local union. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII who served on Okinawa. He was the twin brother of Mary Mullins and the late Bruno Freschi. Services arranged by the Greenville Memorial Home, Jersey City.
