To the Editor:
Last week a negative letter appeared in the pages of this newspaper against Washington Flores in regard to a letter he wrote the previous week. I want the public to know that neither I, nor anyone in my family, wrote the letter, even though my son’s name appeared at the end.
I spoke to Washington about this, and we both have mutual admiration for each other. We know each other for around ten years and have no reason to be negative. This is just another attempt from power-hungry bullies to try and start trouble among others.
Shame on those responsible for using my family and my son. It is absolutely evil to bring my family into their conflicted politics.
I intend to take all legal action necessary to find out who is behind this ruse.
The Bayonne Community News should improve its editorial screening process so this injustice doesn’t happen again.
