To the Editor:
I’m concerned for people who receive Families First cards. They are being discriminated against, especially the homeless. They cannot purchase any hot meals: example a barbecued chicken. Where are they supposed to heat anything? This winter is one of the worst so far. It would be nice if they could buy a nice hot bowl of soup.
