BAYONNE — Royal Caribbean Cruise Line’s Explorer of the Seas ship returned to its home port in Bayonne on Wednesday, Jan. 29, early from its 10-day cruise. Nearly 700 passengers had been sickened with a gastrointestinal disease. Medical experts are attempting to figure out what caused the widespread illness.
