Funeral services took place Jan. 7 for Joseph “Joe” T. Frank, 55, of Kearny, formerly of Jersey City. He passed away Jan. 1 at home. Joseph was an Animal Control Supervisor for 37 years with The Jersey City Health Department. He also was in The Army National Guard for 18 years. He was the son of Virginia Castaldo Frank and the late Joseph Frank. Brother of Albina Mackey, Roseanne Lillis, Judy Cooney and Josephine, Thomas, Nicholas, William, Virginia, Gerard, Christopher and Robert Frank. He is also survived by 54 nieces and nephews. Services arranged by the Armitage and Wiggins Funeral Home, Kearney.
