A funeral mass was offered Dec. 18 at St. Aloysius Church for Rose C. Strokusz, 83, a lifelong Jersey City resident. She died Dec. 13. She was the wife of the late Joseph J. Strokusz; mother of Joseph Strokusz and his wife Lisa, and the late John Hartman and Mary Hartman Crawford; grandmother of Joey, Mark, Eric and Michael and great-grandmother; sister of Peter DiMascio. Services arranged by the Greenville Memorial Home, Jersey City.
