HUDSON COUNTY — Sources close to U.S. Sen. Robert Menendez confirmed Tuesday that he was engaged Alicia Mucci on Dec. 9 in the Capitol Rotunda. The announcement came during the holiday break for Congress. Menendez, 59, has been dating Mucci, 45, for some time, according to sources close to the Senator. She lives in Paramus and works at a real estate agent. Menendez is the former mayor of Union City and now lives in Hoboken.
