A funeral mass was offered Nov. 15 at SS. Peter and Paul R.C. Church, Hoboken, for Maureen Heslin, 69. She passed away at her Hoboken residence in the presence of her husband, John and children. Born in NYC to the late Ellen Day and Edwin Dorry. She will be missed by her children, Noreen Lavarro, Erin Heslin, her son Christopher, and son-in-law Rammuel; also surviving are two sisters, Madeline Marchese and Theresa Brown. Maureen was predeceased by a brother Raymond, and a sister Bernadette Coyle. Maureen was very active with the Saints Peter and Paul Home School Association and was one of its past presidents. She will be remembered for her endearing personality and kindness by a host of nieces and nephews, and friends. Services arranged by the Failla Funeral Home, Hoboken.
