On Friday, October 25, 2013; dearly beloved son of the late Stanley and Eleanore Zibirowska Dominiczak; loving brother of Regina Zelinski, Charles Dominiczak and the late Thaddeus, Chester and Teresa Dominiczak; cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews.
