A funeral mass was offered July 31 at Assumption All Saints Church for Josephine A. Blocky, 95, of Jersey City. She died at her home on July 27. She was born in New York City. She worked as a meat packer for the A&P in Jersey City and was the president of the Laffayette Senior Citizens for 30 years. She was the wife of the late John Blocky; the mother of Richard Blocky and the late John Blocky Jr.; sister in law of Jean Lambe; and aunt of Eileen Mc Carthy, Donna Atorino, Linda Jones, Patty Lambe, Diane Lambe, Jerry Lesko and Frank Osusky.
