Services were held June 27 at Bethany Browne United Methodist Church, Jersey City for Paul Buster Drayton Garrett of Jersey City. He passed away on June 19. He was the husband of Annie Garrett, the father of 13, the grandfather of 32, the great-grandfather of 12, and is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
