(Nee: Mahnken); 85, of Bayonne, passed away on Saturday April 13 at the Bayonne Medical Center. Ruth was born in Bayonne and lived there all her life. She worked as an office clerk for Woolworth Stores in Bayonne for more than 20 years. She was a member of the Bergen Point Community Church in Bayonne. Beloved wife of the late Rudolph A. Jacobs. Devoted mother of Scott H. Jacobs and his wife Arceli. Cherished grandmother of Kristine Jacobs and Lorenzo Jacobs. Dear sister of the late Everett Hunter, Harry Mahnken, and Lester Mahnken. The viewing was on April 15 at the G. KEENEN O’BRIEN FUNERAL HOME, Bayonne. Interment was on April 16, at Fairmount Cemetery, Newark.
