A funeral service was held April 9 from Monumental Baptist Church, Jersey City, for Rufus Wiggins, 86, of Jersey City. He passed away at his home surrounded by his family. Rufus will be remembered by his daughters, Ethel McIntre, Lillie Mallory, Patricia, Gerelene and Kathy Wiggins; sons Leval and Timothy Wiggins and Oliver Withers, daughters in law, Ruby and Grace Wiggins; sons in law, Sinatra McIntyre and Thomas Mallory, 29 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren, long time companion Barbara Ransom and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services arranged by the Jackson Funeral Residence, Jersey City.
