Bayonne Recreation continues registration for Young Children’s Program

Mayor Mark A. Smith and Joseph A. Waks, Esq., director of municipal services, have announced that the Recreation Division will hold registration for the division’s Young Children’s Program. There are openings in the afternoon program for three year olds. Classes meet two times a week, for two hours a day. There are also openings in the morning program for four year olds. Classes meet three times a week for two hours a day. Children must be three or four on or by October 1, 2013, and must be a Bayonne resident. Proof of residency must be provided when submitting the application. Applications must be completed at the registration site. Parents need to bring a copy of their children’s birth certificates and Public Service Gas and Electric Bill or driver’s licenses. Copies, not originals, should be supplied. They will be kept on file. Applications will not be accepted without these copies. Non-refundable registration fee is $100 per child. The fee for the three-year-old program is $80 per month.
