Jersey City resident Brandon Wendt, a senior at Saint Peter’s Preparatory School in Jersey City, starred in the school’s winter play, Laughter on the 23rd Floor by Neil Simon. Wendt, son of Denise and George Wendt and a graduate of P.S. 23. played the lead role of Max Prince in the production of Simon’s play based on his early years as a television writer on Your Show of Shows. Nathan Lane, a graduate of Saint Peter’s Prep, was on hand opening night to view the production in which he starred on Broadway in 1993.
