Funeral services were held Feb. 7 for Yamile Brun, 75, of North Bergen. She passed away surrounded by her family on Feb. 2. Born in Cartagena, Colombia, she was a teacher in Colombia and an employee at North Bergen Public Library, where she enjoyed her work in the children’s department. She was predeceased by her husband, Efrain Brun. She was the mother of Anthony Brun, Lourdes Brun Haviland and her husband, Paul; sister of Jeanette Hadra, Umaima Hadra, Abraham Hadra, and Ismael Hadra; daughter of Tulia Hadra; and extraordinary ‘Kiki’ to her granddaughters Julia and Caroline; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Services arranged by the Vainieri Funeral Home, North Bergen.
