To the Editor:
I would like to offer a heartfelt thank-you to the Bayonne City Council members, Terry Ruane, Aggie Gillespie, Raymond Greaves, Joseph Hurley, and Debra Czerwienski, for holding the Bayonne Housing Authority Drug Elimination Program holiday toy drive for the second year in a row this past December.
Despite having to reschedule their fundraiser due to the effects of Hurricane Sandy, they made sure that they held the toy drive in time for the toys to be collected and distributed to the students in time for the holidays. Their time, support, and generosity were most appreciated by everyone involved in the program.
