Your local post office may have survived budget cuts, but Saturday mail delivery will not.
On Wednesday, the U.S. Postal Service said that they will stop delivering mail on Saturdays as of the week beginning Aug. 5. That means Saturday, Aug. 10 would be the first day of no Saturday delivery. The service will still deliver packages on Saturday.
The move is meant to save $2 billion annually.
