Of South Plainfield (formerly of Bayonne); on Monday, Jan. 21, 2013; husband of the late Lorraine; father of Jacqueline Taylor and her husband John, and Jessica Merrick, all of South Plainfield, and the late Ronald; brother of John Merrick and his wife Sandra, and James Merrick and his wife Alma, all of Bayonne, and the late Thomas, Richard and William; brother-in-law of Jeanette Merrick; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
