GUTTENBERG — Originally Guttenberg’s annual Santa Parade was scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 18. But it was postponed due to the weather until Saturday, Dec. 22. Santa and his merry men and women will pass every block in town commencing at 5:30 p.m.
