Funeral mass was offered Dec. 1 at St. John the Baptist Church, Jersey City, for Grace Hammer (Kreush), 89, a lifelong Jersey City resident. She passed away Nov. 27. She was a member of the St. John’s Mothers Club. She was the wife of the late Joseph Hammer; mother of Joseph and wife Patricia Hammer, John and wife Cecelia Hammer, William and wife Melanie Hammer, Robert and wife Kathleen Hammer; sister of William, John and the late Robert, Fred, Henry, George Kreush and Edna Duffy; sister in law of Agnes Keneavy, Maryanne, Dolores, Connie, Irene Kreush and the late Joan Kreush and John Duffy; grandmother of Gina Bailey, Joseph, Kelly Ann, Robert and David Hammer, Lindsay and Morgan Mohlmann. Grace also leaves behind great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and godchildren to cherish her memory. Services arranged by the Riotto Funeral Home, Jersey City.
